Requirements:

? Minimum 6 Months Paid Care Work Experience: Proven experience in care roles within the UK.
? Enhanced Children & Adults DBS: A valid Enhanced DBS for both children and adults, with a subscription to the update service.
? Experience in Fast-Paced Environments: Ability to thrive in busy settings.
? Experience with Complex Needs: Working with children, young people, and adults with complex needs and challenging behaviors.
? Computer Literacy: Proficient in basic computer skills.

? Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with professionals and team members.
