Chemistry Teacher / Chemistry ECT | 'Good' Secondary School | Newham

An excellent Secondary School in the heart of Newham are seeking a Chemistry Teacher / Chemistry ECT to begin a permanent, full-time position from September 2024.

The Head Teacher is on the hunt for an experienced Chemistry Teacher or ambitious Chemistry ECT who is looking to progress within their teaching career and work alongside a supportive team of dedicated Chemistry Teachers / Chemistry ECTs.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Chemistry Teacher / Chemistry ECT
  • Working alongside a close-knit team of fantastic Chemistry Teachers / Chemistry ECTs
  • Permanent, Full-Time role - September 2024 start
  • MPS1 - UPS3 (Inner London) - £36,745 - £56,959 + TLRs (depending on experience)
  • Additional TLRs available: Key Stage Co-ordinator and Pastoral Responsibilities
  • Based in the Borough of Newham

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining
  • Must be willing to work as part of a team of Chemistry Teachers
  • A driven and passionate graduate with strong academics including GCSEs, A-Levels and Degree
  • An ambitious Chemistry Teacher / Chemistry ECT who is keen to progress and will listen to feedback
  • Previous experience teaching KS3, KS4 and KS5
