Chef

I am looking for a chef to join a busy day time only restaurant serving all fresh home baked/made menus near stratford-on-Avon.

A massive bonus is that you will work straight day time shifts only - no evenings ever! And you will have alternate weekends off!!

IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORT FOR THIS POSITION.

The chef we are looking for will have experience gained in busy restaurants, hotels, pubs or contract catering operations serving fresh food menus.

It will suit someone looking for a great work life balance and a lovely company and bunch of people to work for.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and cook the all fresh regularly changing company menu
• Work alongside the senior chefs
• Maintain high standards
• Help to control wastage
• Work closely with the FOH team

KEY EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES

• Experience as a chef in busy restaurants, pubs, hotels, contract catering operations etc
• A hands-on approach
• Passion for cooking
• A positive and outgoing personality and outlook
