Live-In Chef Opportunity: Adventure Holiday Park in the Scottish Highlands

We are seeking a skilled and efficient live-in chef to manage our bustling on-site canteen at our adventure holiday park. If you have a flair for large volume catering and a love for the great outdoors, this is the perfect role for you!

About the Park: Our adventure holiday park is a haven for thrill-seekers and nature lovers alike. Located in the stunning Scottish Highlands, we provide a variety of outdoor activities complemented by our large, welcoming canteen serving hearty meals to our guests.

The Role: As our live-in chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious, high-quality meals to large numbers of guests daily. You will play a vital role catering operation, from menu planning to food preparation, ensuring each guest enjoys a satisfying dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and serve meals for large groups of guests.
  • Efficiently manage kitchen staff and operations to maintain smooth service.
  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and timely delivery.
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies while adhering to a set budget.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and comply with food hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with park management to cater to special events and dietary requirements.
