Our client is looking for chefs to work with them at their outdoor adventure holiday estate, located in the beautiful woodlands just a half hour’s drive from of Perth.

Work hard; play hard - Split your time between work and adventure, with one of the most exciting and scenic countryside areas at your disposal.

This is a full-time live-in package which offers a generous salary of £25,377 * per annum: inclusive of accommodation costs.

If you have experience in a professional kitchen with a high-volume output, then we want to hear from you.

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate:

• Minimum 1.5 years’ paid experience working at Commis Chef level, or higher.

• A solid understanding of food safety and allergen awareness.

• Valid DBS/PVG disclosure check (or willingness to undertake one).

• High levels of customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrate knowledge of best kitchen management practices.

• High levels of professionalism and personal hygiene.
