We are looking for a strong Chef manager to take the helm at this prestigious site. The chef will run the kitchen like it is their own business, in charge of menu autonomy and budgets.

Our client is a leading independent catering company with great benefits such as:

  • Monday to Friday. 7.00 – 3.30pm
  • £35,000 a year salary

Our ideal candidate should:

  • Be passionate about providing fantastic food and be able to work effectively within a team.
  • have experience in a contract catering position
  • Possess excellent culinary skills, as well as being aware of current food trends to help ensure that our food offer is innovative and imaginative.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as being financially astute and numerically able, to ensure you achieve budgetary targets.
