Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment is looking for a Chef Management couple to run the Green Dragon, a refurbished traditional coaching Inn in Wellington, Somerset. This traditional Inn is part of a small successful group that operates similar sites in the South and Southwest of England.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced, passionate, customer and team-focused couple to operate the site with full autonomy. We are looking for one partner to lead Front of House and the other to oversee Kitchen/Catering operations. The site offers a unique combination of a traditional Inn, with guest accommodation, and a restaurant and bar. Part of a small group, our pubs and hotels are full of character with a unique combination of stylish and traditional themes.

General Manager

1. Personable with an infectious personality.
2. Strong leadership skills.
3. Experience in running busy pub operations.
4. Strong commercial and financial understanding.
5. Experience running similar sites.

Chef/Catering Manager

1. Experience running Kitchen operations in either hotels or fresh food Inns/pubs.
2. Strong leadership skills.
3. Able to ensure all legal health and safety requirements are met.
