The is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to work for one of the best establishments in the area. Located on the outskirts of Sudbury, we have a fantastic chance for a passionate and switched on Chef de Partie to work in a multiple Rosette kitchen, cooking with some of the best fresh, seasonal and local ingredients.

Our client has a large, superbly organised kitchen with a strong brigade of chefs, led by a dedicated and talented Michelin trained Head Chef who is looking for an eager and hands on Chef de Partie to join his award winning brigade.

The ideal Chef de Partie will:

· The ability to demonstrate enthusiasm, drive and determination
· Have previous Rosette experience
· Have good hygiene awareness and knowledge
· Be competent in all sections of the kitchen

Conveniently situated near Sudbury, Colchester and Ipswich, a driver is preferred for this role, however live in accommodation can be provided for the right applicant.
