Chef De Partie

Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Chef De Partie to work for our client based in the Stone, Staffordshire area.

This is a permanent role.

Duties will include:-

• Working closely with the Head and Sous Chefs to a fast paced kitchen.
• Working on a section -starters, mains or puddings.
• Have a passion for food.
• Covering events, functions and restaurant.
• Must have experience with fresh food.
• To employ food safety best practises.
• Ability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Working five days out of seven, approx 45 hour week. Hours between 6am to 10pm.

£27,000 per annum.
