Bridge Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie for a manufacturing company based in Dartford. This will be a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. Working 40 hours per week 7am to 3:30pm Monday to Thursday and 7am to 1pm Fridays.

The Chef de Partie will manage the daily kitchen activities to provide an excellent level of service and standard within the Staff Restaurant. This role has the responsibility for preparing and cooking ingredients as well as providing an excellent level of customer service. You will be required to act up for the Chef Manager in their absence and also cover other kitchen staff.

The ideal Chef de Partie will come from a restaurant, canteen or catering background. This role is a nice paced role working with the same customers daily. You will have the opportunity to add your ideas to come up with different recipes and menu plans to support the Chef Manager.

Basic Food Hygiene Level 2 is essential. NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality or Catering (or equivalent) is desirable
