Chef de Partie - Mostly Wed to Sat / Private Members Club

Part of a successful collection of other venues across London, this site opened in February 2024 and has already had excellent business levels and high-profile clientele. You will be working with brand-new, high-end Kitchen equipment and joining an excellent Kitchen team.

Chef de Partie job in Mayfair, London Highlights:

• Hourly rate of £17+ per hour (might be higher depending on service charge figures).
• Full time, permanent position.
• Mostly 4 days per week (Wednesday to Saturday).
• Every 2-3 weeks you will also work a Tuesday shift for Prep Day (9am-5pm).
• Always OFF Sunday, Monday.
• 40-45 hours per week.
• Usual shift time 1pm-11pm with any overtime paid hourly.
