Historic Country Estate Hotel looking for Chef de Partie – Award Winning Kitchen– up to £32,500.

Our client is one of England’s Stately Homes, Owned by National Trust, winning awards for their Food since 1992. 2AA Rosette Awarded, Classic British Cuisine.

  • The Role will be 5 days out of 7, 48 hours/week to allow a more enjoyable work life balance.
  • Live In Accommodation provided if required, and generous Service Charge provided.
  • The Ideal Candidate for this role will be a passionate CDP or Commis looking to step up, 2AA Rosette level as the client is pushing for 3AA. Easy to get along with and fit in to the 8 strong brigade and motivated to win some awards.
  • Will be on all sections, from Sauce, Garnish Larder to Pastry.
