As a Chef, you will support all areas of food production and cleaning in the kitchen. You will work at part of a small team under the guidance of the Head Chef/Restuarant Manager and be responsible for the preparation of fresh ingredients for the full menu range of breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea services.

Role - Chef

As Chef you will:

• Prepare fresh ingredients
• Prepare hot and cold food orders to order
• Monitor stock levels and contribute towards the ordering process
• Work efficiently to ensure low levels of waste
• Carry out cleaning of equipment and working areas to the highest food hygiene standards
• Close down kitchen each day including preparation for the following day.
