Chartered Surveyor

Fusion People are actively recruiting for a Chartered Surveyor to work on behalf of our long-standing client based in Portsmouth.

Experienced GP Surveyor required to undertake mainly landlord and tenant work, lease renews, open market rent reviews and full range of GP surveying duties.

Reporting to Head of Commercial Property (Gosport) this is a demanding position with considerable pressure to uplift and update the commercial property portfolio.

Successful candidate will be based at Gosport Head Office, High Street, Gosport. minimum 3 days a week or as agreed from time to time.

Knowledge / Experience:

Professional Qualification (e.g. HNC/HND/Degree/Diploma) or equivalent

Extensive experience in commercial management and procurement of subcontractors

Excellent team player whilst also holding the ability to work independently on own initiative

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Chartered Surveyor role.

Full UK Driving License

Personal Qualities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Contractual knowledge and awareness.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
