Location: Wokingham (hybrid work available)

Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000 + up to 5% bonus

The role of the Chartered Quantity Surveyor - Louvres & Panelling will involve:

• Quantity Surveyor position dealing with the supply and installation of a range of louvre & panelling systems
• Dealing with main contractors and M&E contractors
• Reviewing and interpreting scope of works to gain a full understanding of projects

• Keeping track of monthly application figures and ensuring relevant departments are aware of potential budget or financial constraints
• Managing legal and contractual relations associated with projects to ensure that our client is protected during pre and post contract stage
• Liaising with estimating, design and contracts team on a regular basis
• Pricing variations and changes in line with subcontractor parameters
• Build, manage & maintain relationships with clients, contractors, other construction professionals, suppliers, and site staff
• Working on projects ranging in value from 20k to £3m

The ideal applicant will be Chartered Quantity Surveyor - Louvres & Panelling with:

• Must have Quantity Surveying degree or similar with an accredited RICS qualification
• Must have Quantity Surveying experience in the UK construction market sector
• Excellent understanding of UK Standard and Bespoke Contract Forms
• Must hold a full UK driving license
• Strong numeracy and financial management skills
• High levels of organisation, time management and attention to detail
• Enthusiastic, team player, who works well individually also
