The Chartered Building Surveyor role
Joining a tight-knit Building Surveying team of four, the new Chartered Building Surveyor will benefit from direct mentorship from senior management, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
The role promises to propel the Chartered Building Surveyor to the forefront of the industry, providing exposure to a diverse array of projects in the commercial, office, and retail sectors, thereby significantly aiding in their professional development.
The Chartered Building Surveyor will be integrated into the larger Building Consultancy Division, where they will play a pivotal role in contributing to projects that not only present challenges but also enhance their professional growth.
The Chartered Building Surveyor
- A RICS Accredited degree / ideally a BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
- MRICS or currently working towards
- Previous Building Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
