This role offers the chance to become an essential member of a team of six professionals. The Bristol office is experiencing growth across various sectors including office, retail, education, and commercial projects.
The Chartered Building Surveyor role
The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will engage in a broad array of projects, providing top-tier service and showcasing a dynamic approach to client tasks.
You will play a crucial role in managing and leading projects, focusing on client relationship management and the mentorship of Graduate Building Surveyors.
This position holds the potential for progression to Director level, making it ideal for candidates with leadership aspirations.
The Chartered Building Surveyor
- MRICS qualification.
- Extensive experience in project management and professional building surveying services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client relationship management.
- Demonstrated experience in sectors such as education, commercial, retail, or office projects.
