A well-known chartered surveying and property consultancy are actively looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team, based in Glasgow.

With 21 offices across the UK, this consultancy are a leading business within the construction industry, offering a Chartered Building Surveyor the opportunity to join one of their main offices.

The Chartered Building Surveyor role

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will become a vital member of a multi-disciplinary office comprising around 100 professionals, including a dedicated building surveying team of 12.

This role promises a stimulating work environment with exposure to diverse sectors such as social housing, office, retail, industrial, private healthcare, student accommodation, and more.

The Chartered Building Surveyor will be instrumental in managing relationships with prestigious blue-chip clients and delivering high-calibre professional services that include building surveys, defect analysis, dilapidations, and schedule of condition surveys.

The Building Surveyor

• MRICS status or equivalent professional recognition.
• Proven background in building surveying across multiple sectors.
• Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently and effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client service and team collaboration.
