An independent, multi-disciplinary private practice is eager to welcome a Chartered Building Surveyor to their proficient team in Birmingham.

The Chartered Building Surveyor role

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will become an integral part of the team, engaging in a broad spectrum of Building Surveying professional services including commercial property acquisitions, dilapidation assessments, condition surveys, party wall advice, project design and contract administration, along with defect diagnosis and repair solutions.

This role promises the Chartered Building Surveyor a blend of both project and professional services, offering a dynamic and varied career path, with a particular focus on the insurance market.

The Chartered Building Surveyor

  • A Degree in Building Surveying
  • Qualified with MRICS
  • A confident and client-facing individual
  • Both project and professional services experience
