The Chartered Building Surveyor

• MRICS qualification, demonstrating professional recognition and expertise in building surveying.
• Proven experience in the field, ideally within a commercial consultancy setting, showing a deep understanding of professional building surveying practices.
• A passion for the field of building surveying, particularly within the commercial real estate sector.
• Excellent teamwork skills, along with the ability to independently manage tasks and initiatives.
• A dedication to ongoing professional development, seeking to contribute to and grow within the consultancy.
