Rate of pay/Salary : £48,000 - £50,000 pa

What's involved?

• This Charge Nurse vacancy will be working on a full time basis, on a two week rotational rota. (Week 1 - 4 days on, 3 days off / Week 2 - 3 days on, 4 days off) Working from 07:45 - 19:45.
• You will be working on the Acute Psychiatric floor, caring for patients of a working age, where you will be using your clinical experience to ensure you and your team deliver the highest standards of care.
• You will be expected to manage to the nursing team in the hospital ward whilst overseeing all the nursing functions during shift including. (A detailed job description can be provided)

What do you need?

• Active NMC Pin
• RMN / Management experience
• BSc Nursing or RN currently registered with NMC
• Leadership training or qualification desirable but not essential
