Change Manager

For the successful Change Manager our client is offering:

• Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum 
• Site-based days role 
• Permanent role
• Pension with up to 8% contribution from the client
• 25 days holiday + Bank holidays

The Role -Change Manager

• Responsible for managing all variations to the project contract ensuring cost and time efficiency 
• To take supervised responsibility for the Client-side change management function.
• To contribute to a result as agreed with local commercial management.
• To protect the company's position throughout 360-degree relationships.
• To carry out commercial tasks and present results in an orderly and accurate format.
• Design, innovate, and influence solutions to best address inefficiencies.
• Promote and drive continuous improvement.
• Balance risk when considering innovative thinking and future possibilities.
• Seek to learn from team members for the benefit of your own self-development.
• Take personal responsibility for delivering services.

What our client is looking for in a Change Manager

• 5+ years experience as a Change Manager within Civil Engineering/Construction - ESSENTIAL 
• Hold a change management qualification 
• Hold a current UK Driving Licence
• Must have a detailed understanding of the general and specific 
• Be willing to go the extra mile for your customers.
• Pursue a "can-do" attitude in all the work you can deliver.
