Change Manager - Mortgages

Role: Change Manager
Location: Bath (3x per week onsite)
Salary: Up to £45,000k DOE plus benefits

I am partnered with my Financial Services client in Bath to find a new Change Manager on a permanent basis.

The Change Readiness role plays a critical role in driving successful change initiatives across our clients business. You will be responsible for assessing the organisation's readiness for change, developing and implementing comprehensive change management plans, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new way of working. You will also become a key member of the Mortgage department becoming a subject matter expert for all things mortgages by immersing yourself in daily activities and supporting the successful delivery of Mortgage targets.

For this position, candidates must be able to show the following skillset and experiences:

• Demonstrable leadership experience within a Change Management/Business Readiness capacity.
• Experience working within a regulated industry, ideally within Financial Services, but open to other industries.
• Prior experience within the Mortgages/Lending space is highly desired
