Engineering Change Management Specialist - 39389 - £29.17 per hour umbrella rate

Jonathan Lee Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Engineering Change Management Specialist to join our client's inclusive and friendly team. This full-time Engineering Change Management role is based at Gaydon and offers an excellent salary of £29.17 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35), along with the opportunity to be part of a positive and diverse workplace culture.

As a Engineering Change Management Specialist, you will direct and deliver change management for D7a and D7U platforms manufactured in Castle Bromwich, Solihull, India and China. You will work 3 days onsite, 2 days working from home.

In your first week in this Change Management Specialist role, you can expect to:

• Guide engineering functions on the required steps to ensure timely release & implementation of all Engineering change in conjunction with manufacturing, MP&L, Finance & Purchase
• Manage the "Current Car" Change Management Meeting (CMM) to accelerate throughput
• Scrutinise business cases and support or challenge decisions to progress
• Publish Change Management KPI data to measure success and identify opportunities

To apply for this Change Management Specialist role, you will need experience of the company's products, whole vehicle system and architecture knowledge, knowledge of manufacturing and supplier quality operations and processes. You will also require the following:

• MUST HAVE Engineering change management experience
• Project management experience
• Experience leading teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills & the ability to present the PVT core team at senior meetings
• Experience of operating in an Agile environment.
• Experience of operating Jira.
