With a strong foundation built on years of expertise, this cutting edge business specialise in producing top-notch manufacturing solutions for a diverse range of industries worldwide such as Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Renewables and Nuclear. As this company embark on their next phase of growth and expansion, they are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing CEO to steer their manufacturing operations to the next level.

As the CEO, you will be at the front of their Manufacturing division, driving operational excellence, fostering innovation and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your leadership will be instrumental in propelling their company forward, enhancing this company's competitive edge, and solidifying their position in the mechanical component industrial market they are in. You will also have complete responsibility for the financial performance of the business, ensuring that a robust system of budgetary control is implemented.

You will be responsible for building and recruiting a "best in class" management team and ultimately responsible for the following:

Production management: This encompasses planning, organising, directing, and controlling all aspects of production, including scheduling, resource allocation, quality control, and workforce management.

Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of product quality and reliability through rigorous quality control measures and adherence to industry regulations and standards. Implement quality management systems to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

Supply Chain Optimisation: Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to optimise inventory management, streamline supply chain processes, and enhance supplier relationships. Identify opportunities to reduce lead times, minimise costs, and mitigate risks.

Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging employees to identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and implement process improvements. Leverage lean manufacturing principles and emerging technologies to drive operational excellence.

Your experience

You will have a track record in leading manufacturing operations, with a results driven mindset. You will also have the ability to drive performance improvements and achieve operational excellence.
