Join our team as a Central Services Administrator, supporting the central student experience team. Your responsibilities will include various administrative tasks, such as sponsored student post-arrival reporting and pre-arrival duties like updating Salesforce with student updates. These efforts are crucial to maintaining optimal service levels for both external partners and internal stakeholders. If you possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, we invite you to contribute to our mission of enhancing the student experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Proofreading and editing of individual student reports as required
  • Collation of sponsor-specific reporting packs based upon the individual component student reports, and issuance of packs to Sponsors
  • Maintaining to live status of the master list of sponsors and their contact details
  • Review and correction of sponsor details within Study Global to ensure information is accurate within bookings and related reports.
  • Support contacts across the network in Sponsorship-related duties as required.
  • Support central student services team with internal and external reporting onto systems such as salesforce and accommodation trackers
  • Undertake general administration across the central student experience team directorate
  • Support the ISC (International Study Centre) network with post-arrival booking changes

ABOUT YOU

  • Degree preferable
  • Experience working within a Sponsor-related or Admissions role, preferably in HE.
  • Alternatively experience working in a fast-paced administrative environment
  • Working in a changing operational environment
  • Intermediate lever user of MS office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail
