Hours: Monday - Friday 10am-2:30pm
Hourly rate: £11.44 per hour

DBS is Essential

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in preparing and serving meals for our students and staff.
  • Ensure food is prepared and served in a safe and hygienic manner, following all health and safety regulations.
  • Carry out general kitchen tasks, including cleaning and maintaining equipment.
  • Assist in organising special events and themed menus to enhance the dining experience.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels, placing orders as required.

Requirements:

  • A passion for food and a desire to create memorable dining experiences for our students.
  • Previous experience in a catering role is desirable but not essential. We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with the catering team and other school staff.
