Our esteemed client is currently looking to add an Associate to their Catastrophic Personal Injury and Large Loss team in London, with a primary focus on Catastrophic Loss cases.

About the Team

• The Catastrophic Injury and Large Loss team is among the largest in the UK and enjoys national recognition. Representing numerous household-name insurers, they handle intricate, high-value claims exceeding £100k, with many surpassing £1 million. The portfolio encompasses a variety of serious injury cases, including RTA and EL/PL matters.

About the Role

• As part the team, you will collaborate closely with a busy Partner, assisting in the management of a caseload of catastrophic injury claims.
• Your role will involve providing day-to-day support, ensuring the timely delivery of results, and upholding the highest service standards for clients.
• Depending on your technical proficiency and development pace, there may be opportunities for you to progress to handling large loss claims independently and ultimately establishing yourself as a respected catastrophic injury lawyer.

About You:

• We are searching for candidates who exhibit a genuine passion for catastrophic injury work and possess relevant experience in handling personal injury files, either independently or under the guidance of senior lawyers.
• A collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail are essential qualities we seek.
• Familiarity with operating in a commercial environment is also advantageous.
