The role will be assisting on a variety of interesting motor, employer and public liability claims, including sensitive and high-profile cases reported in the national media. The team is top-ranked in the major legal directories and handles cases of the utmost severity including brain injury, spinal injury, amputations, polytrauma, severe psychiatric injury, and loss of senses. Clients include Large composite and motor insurers, London market insurers and Corporate, assisting on high-value personal injury claims. Ideally, 3+ years' with the relevant experience, including Litigation experience of personal injury defence work.
