Are you an enthusiastic and adaptable educator seeking a rewarding role in Bournemouth? We're currently hiring dedicated individuals who are seeking Casual Supply work in primary schools. As a Casual Supply Teacher, you will play a role in maintaining continuity and fostering a positive learning environment for primary pupils.

As a Casual Supply Teacher, you will be filling in for teachers when they are absent. The schools that GSL Education collaborate with are very welcoming, with a helpful staff community. While most of the schools are mainstream, there will be classes with SEN pupils where you will need to work alongside support staff to help support the diverse needs of the class and ensure that the children’s needs are being effectively met.

Although this work is flexible and full-time, permanent positions can be offered to individuals who are seeking a more permanent role.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Appropriate teaching qualifications (QTS)

Any teachers interested in this opportunity are required to:

  • Hold a PGCE /QTS/QTLS
  • Be confident within their behaviour management skills and be able to adapt to different school’s behaviour policies
  • Be prepared to cover a range of subjects

  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
  • Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
