Case Finalisation Administrator needed in Exeter, £12.21ph PAYE - Reference: 360773

• Update the system in relation to non-court disposals including Sanction Detections such as conditional cautions, cautions, PNDs, cannabis warnings, warnings, reprimands and final warnings and other non-court disposals such as ‘No Further Action’, in line with legislation, Force and HMIC recommendations
• Administer the return, disposal or destruction of seized property to victims and the accused, in line with CPIA guidelines.
• Complete the finalisation of files on the conclusion of the case, ensuring the submission of correct paperwork to meet the relevant quality criteria

  • Input retrieve and present data using a computer
  • Review, retain and dispose of records and information
  • Ensure appropriate handling and storage of property
  • Provide specialist advice and knowledge
  • Provide customer service
  • Gather information to support action
  • Produce and present documents using a computer

 Successful candidate will undergo a Vetting Process prior to placement commencing 

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
