Work Hours: 36-hour week, between the core hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm (Monday - Friday) and 8:00 am and 1:00 pm (Saturday), as directed by management. Flexibility is required to support service delivery.

Key Responsibilities of Carpenter:

• Carrying out building repairs, maintenance, and renewals, including emergency and routine reactive repairs, on multiple sites in Camden.
• Ensuring works are completed to a consistently high standard of quality and customer satisfaction, striving to complete works 'Right First Time.'

Qualifications & Experience:

• Completion of a Carpentry apprenticeship, City & Guilds SCQF-6, NVQ qualification, or demonstrable time served experience in Carpentry.
• Certificates of attendance in Health & Safety training relevant to the role.
• Possession of a valid UK driving licence.
• This role requires not only technical expertise in carpentry but also a commitment to quality, safety, and customer service. Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances are also essential.
