Caretaker

Reed is currently recruiting for a part-time caretaker for a finance broker based in S60, central Rotherham. As a caretaker you will be tasked with supporting the maintenance of the office and its internal facilities.

About the role:

• Handling the day-to-day building maintence
• Liaising with contractors
• Supporting the cleaner and general housekeepers
• Ensuring that the building complies with necessary health and safety
• Monitoring cleaning materials and re-ordering as required
• Landscaping duties to maintain outside spaces

About you:

• Great people skills and solutions focused
• Previous experience of working in a similar role
• Good all-round practical skills and knowledge of general maintenance
• Previous experience of managing health and safety
• Full clean driving license - a pool car is available for use
• A qualification in building maintenance and health and safety would be desirable but not essential

This is part-time position. Monday to Friday. 5 hours each day between 9:00am – 17:00pm

Salary: £16,000
