We are seeking a dedicated Caretaker to provide temporary cover. The ideal candidate will be able to start as soon as possible and will be responsible for setting up and clearing down community halls for hire, cleaning, and ensuring compliance with health and safety directives.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Set up and clear down the community halls for hire, including the moving of tables and chairs.
  • Undertake cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and using a scrubbing machine.
  • Ensure all activities comply with health and safety directives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Ability to work alone and on own initiative.
  • Positive and enthusiastic approach.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage a busy workload.
  • Flexibility to work during the middle of the day and potentially in the evening.
  • Awareness of health and safety requirements.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
