Careers Leader - Academy - Temporary to Permanent - ASAP Start!

Are you an experienced Careers Leader with experience in working in the mainstream education sector, if so, we need you! This is a Term Time only job opportunity.  Therefore, salary is as advertised.

A local Academy are urgently recruiting for a Careers Leader to support students by providing supplementary one to one and small group careers advice to students in addition to that provided by external partners.

As the Careers Leader you will be responsible for all careers areas on the website and the staff portal.

You will be expected to provide Careers drop-in sessions with students who may have concerns, work with the Deputy Headteacher for Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) to plan work-related learning across the curriculum and develop and develop seminar sessions that are focused on careers and work experience

You will also be supporting parent’s evenings and enquiries regarding subject choices across year groups and support sixth form students with UCAS applications.

This is just a flavour of the JD.  If you are qualified by Diploma Level 4 in Careers Advice and Guidance or equivalent and have further qualifications in Career Development, please apply now.
