The business has 3 Advisers and overall 10 staff who work with c.200 retirees, City professionals, families and professional sportsmen and women with varying levels of assets ranging from £100k - multiple millions. The business has very ambitious plans to expand and grow organically so if you're looking to join an entrepreneurial and forward thinking business then this will be the right career move for you. They have no aspirations to be acquired by a national consolidator and PE firm. The business is very profitable and so now they are are able to select what type of clients they wish to work with, they now work with those with a minimum of £500k to invest.

The Managing Director is creating a brand-new role within the business for Paraplanner. They are open to recruiting a junior or a senior. The role will be based in the office 3 days per week outside of Liverpool and support the 3 highly established Advisers who have been in the industry for many years. You will ideally have knowledge of Intelligent Office and preferably a number of platforms such as Aviva, Royal London, Prudential etc. If you have used FE Analytics or Cashcal this would be very advantageous, but full training will be provided.

My client are very open with regards to what they can offer a candidate career-wise. The role would be suitable for a Career Paraplanner who is studying towards their level 4 diploma or has it already. The firm is growing following numerous recommendations and referrals so the there is a genuine route for the right candidate who shows promise to develop and progress towards Chartered status. You will be undertaking all research, calculations and conducting end to end report writing. If you are experienced enough you can attend meetings with the Advisers and be genuinely involved in compiling the advice. A very secure and rewarding role is on offer with an excellent benefits package and bonus structure. The Directors are looking to offer between £30k - £60k basic salary depending on your experience levels. They would like someone to be office based to begin with but then you can WFH 2 days per week once you are established in the business.
