Care Worker
  • Hourly Rate: £12.00 - £12.50 per hour
  • Location: North East Region (Newcastle, Sunderland, Middlesbrough)
  • Job Type: Part-time and Full-time 

Join our dedicated team as a Care Worker and make a real difference in the lives of individuals. This role is perfect for people in the Care Sector who are passionate about providing care and building meaningful relationships.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Engage in daily interactions with residents, assisting them in living independently and ensuring their well-being.
  • Support residents with household tasks, meal preparation, and personal care.
  • Follow individual care plans and assist with medication compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with residents and colleagues, contributing to the community atmosphere.
  • Work closely with managers and key agencies to monitor and report on resident progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A good UK experience in working with elderly clients to develop independent living skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • A genuine desire to help people and make a difference in their lives.
  • Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility and reliability are essential.
  • Full UK driving license or access to a vehicle is recommended but not essential.
