What does this Care Assistant job involve?

Hours of Work: 36 Hours Per Week - Shifts: 07:00 - 21:00 - Flexible Provider

• Supporting with daily tasks,
• Providing personal care,
• Meal preparations and handling,
• Medication administration,
• Light housekeeping duties,
• Shopping,
• Providing companionship,
• Support with attending hospital and GP appointments.
