My client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Car Sales Executive to join their team at their main dealership!

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales by demonstrating and promoting the features, capabilities, and benefits of our new and used vehicles to customers.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience by organizing and conducting test drives with potential customers and following up through various means of communication.
• Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers while ensuring a smooth and seamless purchasing process.
• Exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our dealership.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in car sales is essential.
• Passionate about cars and have a strong knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
• A valid driver's license.

Salary And Benefits:

• £20k Basic £45k OTE
• Company Car
• 20 days holiday + BH
• Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm, Sats 8:30am - 5pm Sundays 10am - 4pm On rota basis
