Car and Commercial Sales Consultant

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Canterbury, Kent CT1 1YY

Salary: Competitive

Hours: 5 day working week. Weekends included. Sundays on a rota with day off in lieu.

The Role:

  • Selling new/used passenger and commercial vehicles, and the Motability scheme.
  • Demonstrating the most suitable options to the customer, understanding and adapting to their buying strategy.
  • Agreeing the price and payment method and any finance arrangements with the customer direct, working within company guidelines.
  • Positively participating in training and development opportunities.
  • Working with colleagues and other teams across the dealership to provide a seamless service to customers.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A friendly manner and positive attitude.
