Capital Project Manager

Reed Public Sector Hub is actively recruiting for a Capital Project Manager for a Local Authority in Berkshire

Day Rate: circa £550 per day inside IR35

Capital Project manager required to manage a project from RIBA stage 3+ through to completion.

• Experience in managing construction project of £5+ million, ideally in an office environment and in local government.
• Experience in managing a design and build project with a main contractor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to effectively manage/oversee multiple project workstreams simultaneously
• Matrix management experience
• Must be articulate, able to communicate with multiple levels of clients and stakeholders, coordinating with various stakeholders
• Experience in managing DHLUC funded projects a bonus

Hybrid working, anticipated office time 0-2 days per week, but on an "as required basis". Potential contract length up to end of the year.
