Agenda Partnership are seeking an a Resourcer to join their team on a full time, permanent basis, working out of their Corby office.

As a business, we recruit only permanent employees to our clients business, ranging from Head of Finance through to General Administrators, recruiting across the country in multiple industry sectors.

This is a busy role, changes constantly and we require somebody who can adapt to the pace, quickly understand each of the job openings and business and can put together Boolean searches, write job adverts, post job adverts and interview candidates for each job opening.

To break down a typical day in the life:

  • Shortlisting candidates for interview
  • Conduct telephone interviews with candidates
  • Record and monitor the candidate application process
  • Arrange interviews and sending confirmations
  • Follow up with candidates after interview to gather feedback
  • Write new job adverts and advertise vacancies online
  • Write Boolean searches to identify suitable candidates

To be considered for this Resourcer role, you should possess the following:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and target driven personality
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
  • Previous experience within a recruitment or resourcing role, understanding and writing Boolean searches is going to be advantageous.
