JOB TITLE: Candidate Relationship Consultant

REPORTS TO: Managing Consultant / Managing Partner

SALARY: £24,000 TO £26,000 PA (Plus OTE)

The main purpose of this position is to build and maintain strong , long-standing candidate & business client relationships. Smart10 prides itself on our strong reputation within the recruitment market and this role will ensure that this reputation is maintained.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Be an ambassador for Smart10 and consistently demonstrate core business values
  • Advertising and resourcing for new positions within the business (Smart10), and on behalf of consultants
  • Interviewing candidates by means of registering their interest for new employment, via telephone and face to face appointments.
  • Weekly Candidate call backs and keeping availability lists up to date
  • Sending e-mailers through CRM to keep Job Seekers up to date with the latest recruitment news, and Top Jobs
  • Working to Daily Registration Targets
  • Sending follow up messages to candidates, and generating prospect client leads through candidate communications, sharing those details with the smart10 sales team
  • Researching competitors and keeping at the forefront of the recruitment market - sharing data with the sales team
  • Other general administration and customer service duties as and when required
  • Attend Networking events as and when required to represent yourself and the wider business

Minimum Acceptable Standards & KPI’s:

  • 15 registrations per week
  • 100% compliant in all registrations
  • Weekly mailers to registered candidates with updated smart10 news and current vacancies
  • 10 active leads obtained per week and passed to relevant Recruiter / Business Development Consultant

Commission

  • Information available on request
  • KPI’s based on Registrations completed, Interviews confirmed & Leads Gained and shared within the team

This will offer the successful applicant the opportunity to progress to a full Recruitment Consultant position.
