Michelle Denny Recruitment is working alongside the successful insurance company Lexham Insurance based in Diss, Norfolk. We are seeking to find a Cancellations Assistant to join the company. This role is permanent, full time Monday to Friday, and the salary is £23,750pa. This would also include additional bonuses throughout the year as well, some of which are listed below:

The main duty of this role will be assisting customers with the cancellations of their policies and ensuring a positive and seamless experience during this process. This is a mixture of both email and phone communication. As a Cancellations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing cancellations efficiently and effectively. 
 
Main Duties:
  • Process policy cancellations, ensuring necessary letters are issued promptly
  • Ensure refunds are entered on the system correctly
  • Advise insurers of cancellations & liaising with insurers
  • Request & issue refund cheques
  • Chase any amounts outstanding after cancellation
  • Keeping policy records up to date on the system
Working hours:
 
Weekly rotating shifts of 9am – 5.30pm and 10am – 6.30pm.
