Summary

We are looking for a Campsite Assistant at Waterclose Meadows Campsite. Day to day, you'll support the delivery of an enjoyable outdoor holidays experience for our visitors.

This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. You'll work 750 hours over the duration of the contract, and on average, you'll work between 15-30 hours per week but again, this will be flexible depending on operational demand. Weekend and Bank Holiday working is will be required.

Internally you'll be known as Outdoors Holidays Operation Assistant.

Reporting into the Operations Manager, you'll join a team of around 6.

What you'll be doing

In addition to practical tasks such as cleaning and maintenance, your role will also involve face-to-face interactions such as welcome and orientation, guest service and processing online bookings.

A positive can-do attitude is a must in the varying world of Campsites and in return, there is an opportunity to propose, assist or lead on Outdoor activity initiatives provided by the National Trust and Partners.
