Do you have 2+ years of experience in AdOps Campaigns? If so, this is a great opportunity to join a growing, early-stage technology company opening doors into the UK's biggest FMCG brands.

This is a fully remote role but you will need to be UK-based!

About Our Client
We are an early-stage, tech disruptor in the digital rewards and couponing space. We enable global FMCG brands to distribute mobile coupons via any digital channel and for them to be redeemed at major supermarkets, high street stores, pubs and restaurants.
Our coupons drive sales, support new product launches and capture 1st party data. We have an enviable client list including Unilever, P&G, AB-Inbev, Colgate and Costa to name just a few.
We are entering an exciting growth phase and are looking for a smart, creative and technically-minded individual with excellent attention to detail, to join our small, but growing client services team

Job Description - primary functions

  • Responsible for building and managing all aspects of the campaigns via our bespoke tech platform and associated partner software
  • Liaise with clients via online meetings, email and calls.
  • Be the internal support on client integrations, including social media requirements.
  • Monitor, advise and report on campaign KPI metrics.
  • Ownership and responsibility for recommendations to optimise and extend our bespoke CMS

Preferred Qualifications / Experience

  • Technically minded (but we're not looking for a developer)
  • Good grasp of the digital and social media landscape
  • Previous experience at a tech company and/or start-up is a plus.
  • Highly competent in using MS Office (specifically Excel)
  • Knowledge of HTML and basic web page development
  • You know your way around Adobe Photoshop and other graphic editors would be a bonus, too!
