Now that the madness of the January rush has subsided we have been contacted to exclusively assist 3 highly respected, local firms who are looking to recruit 3 x Accounting Technicians and 2 x Accounts Seniors. The firms in question have an excellent reputation for a happy working environment that also offers great training/support. These clients are happy to consider applications from practice candidates who are part way through their training contracts and will be happy to financially support the completion of said training/accreditation.

It is worth noting that these firms will consider applications from Finance/Accountancy graduates

Duties:

- Prepare and maintain financial records for clients using accounting software such as Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks and/or other accounting software
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis.
- Provide support in the preparation of tax returns and audits.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
- Assist with payroll processing and reconciliation.

Experience:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an accountancy practice or similar role.
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, and PeopleSoft.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Experience in providing financial services to clients in various industries.
- Familiarity with financial management and reporting.
- Ability to mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on accounting processes.
