Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic inbound Call Handler to join our team. As a Call Handler, your primary responsibility will be to contact patients to conduct stock checks on their food supply. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- recieve inbound calls to patients to inquire about their current food supply.
- Conduct stock checks to assess the availability of essential food items.
- Record and update information accurately in the database.
- Provide empathetic and supportive communication to patients during calls.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock assessments.
Profile
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Empathetic and patient-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or call handling preferred.
- Knowledge of basic computer applications and data entry skills.
