Cafe Supervisor

An opportunity has arisen for a Cafe Supervisor to join the team at one of Huntingdon’s most popular venues.

The Venue is a rural complex renowned for fresh, locally sourced ingredients and friendly service. It offers guests a farm to plate ethos and prides itself on supplying the restaurant and farm shop with much of its own produce.

The Cafe Supervisor Role for us, is the key position to ensure the guest experience is the very best in can be. We can cater for up to 400 covers and the right applicant will have experience in a busy, family orientated setting.

This is a 5 day week role with overtime available and a flexible schedule for the right candidate.

You as the Cafe Supervisor –

• Will have experience of working in a busy restaurant environment.
• Will naturally organise and proactively ensure the smooth running of service for our guests.
• Can react and adapt to challenging situations in a calm and professional manner.
• Can communicate exceptionally at all levels with Guest and Staff

Will have all the necessary attributes of a fantastic Cafe Supervisor

The Typical Responsibilities of our Cafe Supervisor will be –

• Customer Satisfaction
• Efficient and seamless service
• The cleanliness and appearance of yourself, and the restaurant.
• Maintaining a strong working relationship with the back of house/Kitchen team.

Pay: Up to £13.00 per hour
