Our client are a global designer, manufacturer and installer for specialist shop fitting fixtures and equipment within the healthcare industry. They are now looking for an ambitious and driven CAD Draughtsman to join their team. The ideal candidate can either be an experienced or a junior CAD Draughtsman who is interested in a long-term career opportunity.

Your Roles and responsibilities will be to -

• Produce site specific room and equipment layout drawings.
• Liaise with Building Contractor & Customer throughout the drafting stage.
• Produce component detailing and material listing.
• Produce project specific Health and Safety Method statements and Risk Assessments.
• Support technicians during installations.
• Carry out dimensional site survey visits.
• Support Sales and handle customer queries
• Assist in project management and site visits
• Produce O & M manual and as-built drawings following completion of site installations.
• Look at new ways to continuously make improvements and changes to increase productivity & quality

Specific Job Skills:

• Have a proven track record in AUTOCAD 2D drafting & Dimensional Drawings.
• Project Management ability and experience.
• Experience in Engineering & Manufacturing sectors.
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have a proven track record with MS office.
• Qualified to a HNC / HND / Degree level or equivalent within an engineering discipline.
• Full UK Drivers Licence
